Broken hearted girl in misery.

Which had lead to all of this tragedy.

Can this really be some kind of twisted fate?

Or are me eyes just playing tricks on me?

You were my everything,

our past is forever more capsulized

in memories.

It’s when I knew you couldn’t just stay.

Oh, I thought my heart was pure of empathy.

But, now I see the cascade showcasing the

darkness of my silhouette.

I’m not ready for what’s to come,

hopefully I’m not the only one.

Who sees a change in the person I’ve become,

to look over my shoulder only to see you

standing there gracefully.

The mirror shows the truth we can’t see,

nor the ones we don’t want to believe.
